Warren County Utility District was formally incorporated as a municipal corporation by an
Order of the County Executive of Warren County, Tennessee, on May 19, 1981.

The District is governed by a Board of Commissioners composed of five citizens who live within or obtain water service within the District. Board members are appointed by the Warren County Executive for a term of four years.

Board meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4p.m. at the district office.

The District is empowered to conduct, operate, and maintain a system for furnishing water, water storage, and related facilities.
